This role is responsible for creating an inviting and well- organized retail environment that aligns with our brand's values, while driving local marketing efforts to enhance foot traffic and sales. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and gather customer insights to continuously improve the in-store experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer engagement are essential for success in this role.
