As a Sales Executive at RMS Sign Company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities : * Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities within the signage industry. * Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their satisfaction. * Product Presentation and Demonstration : Present and demonstrate our range of products and services to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our signage solutions. * Contract Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contracts and close deals that maximize profitability while meeting the clients' requirements. * Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of client satisfaction. * Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM software. Required Qualifications and Skills : 1. Experience : Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the signage or related B2B industry. 2. Sales Skills : Strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Customer-Centric : Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations that address client needs and provide effective solutions. * Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance sales performance. * Results-Oriented : Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, demonstrating a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
