Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative at Tru Heart Consulting Inc., you will be an integral part of our sales team, driving new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a direct hire, full-time position offering a base salary, with potential for performance-based bonuses and growth within the company. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and prospective clients, working to understand their needs and offering relevant solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other communication methods. * Sales Presentations & Demos: Present Tru Heart Consulting Inc.'s products and services to prospective clients, delivering engaging and informative sales presentations. * Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential clients, providing ongoing support and solutions to their needs. * Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Accurately track sales activities and maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system. * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and effective sales strategies. * Closing Sales: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. * Product Knowledge: Continuously enhance your understanding of Tru Heart Consulting Inc.'s services and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field. Experience in [telecommunications, technology, or relevant industry] is a plus.
