: Medical, paid time off, 401(k) Help us shape the future of Motivity and make an impact in the field of behavior analysis! WHAT YOU 'LL BE DOING:
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with potential clients (ABA and other data-based therapy providers) to schedule demos
- Finding potential clients through outbound prospecting
- Conducting product demos and follow-up meetings with clinicians and decision-makers
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales opportunities (e.g. contact information, company details, and notes/descriptions of all interactions), and forecasting the potential of the deal closing
- Creating and sending prospect proposals
- Maintaining relationships, following up, and bringing deals to close
- Other duties as assigned YOU 'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF:
- You've thrived in a startup or similar environment where the only constant is change
- You have experience in sales and/or marketing, and understand how to best position a product or solution to a prospective client
- You have solid knowledge of ABA (BCBA preferred), and extensive experience utilizing Electronic Data Collection and/or Practice Management software
- You're a dynamic presenter with the ability to "think on your feet" and pivot as questions arise / participants respond
- You love talking to people, learning about their needs, and demonstrating a fantastic solution - all while actively listening and staying in the moment
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain things clearly and effectively
- You have a high level of organization, time management, and self-initiative while working independently from a home office
- You are experienced with utilizing CRMs (Hubspot preferred). If you do not know Hubspot, you feel comfortable learning the platform to utilize in your daily work; overall comfort with software and technology is a must
- You have a constant thirst for learning and ability to figure out new approaches to sales strategies
- You are motivated by closing deals and earning commission
