Duties and Responsibilities: Report to the Owners. Sell Cunningham's Air System Cleaning Specialists LLC. Services and provides hands-on assistance at job sites by performing the following duties: Develop listing of prospective customers by studying business and telephone directories, consulting business associates, and observing business establishments while driving through sales territory. Meet sales quotas by developing sales brochures and creating marketing materials for quarterly mailings; sending out birthday and thank you cards to clients and prospective clients; and conducting "cold calls" to prospective client contacts. Review actual performance vs estimated and compile reports Review orders for ideas to expand services available to present customers. Call on prospects to explain features of services, cost and advantages. Writes proposals and quotes and coordinates with the Operations Manager and Office manager to schedule and initiation of services. Confer with customers and company officials to resolve complaints. Co- ordinate with the Operations Manager to supervise employees assigned to that division. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interview, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing and resolving problems.
