At*iGrafx*you will: * Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities by prospecting, cold calling and following up with inbound inquiries (phone, web visits/downloads, tradeshows, seminars etc). * Develop and maintain relationships with customers via telephone and email. * Generate leads and customers for events & tradeshows and iGrafx events. * Work closely with the iGrafx partner teams, supporting these with the products and conducting product presentations, helping them out with developing promotion strategies and the coordination of technical re- sources. * Generate sales with new and existing customers, creatively generate further sales potential. * Build a pipeline that is aligned with the iGrafx company process and target. * Maintenance of all client data within the CRM system. Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years' experience sales in SaaS or other solutions systems, ideally in the process management, platform sales, automation or task/process mining space * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in multiple areas, across all levels of leadership. * A proven history of successful collaboration within all areas of the organization * Ability to negotiate and an understanding of marketing skills * Ability to create and deliver presentations * Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to listen to the needs of others.
