Overview Reiselman GMC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales by effectively managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting the dealership's sales efforts. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times. * Assist customers with their needs related to vehicle sales, service appointments, and general dealership information. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory control and manage vehicle availability for prospective buyers. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding pricing and financing options. * Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth within the dealership. * Engage in public speaking opportunities during events or presentations to promote dealership services and offerings. * Provide bilingual support as needed to cater to a diverse customer base. Requirements * Previous experience in a dealership environment or automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. * Familiarity with retail sales processes and inventory management is advantageous. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement. * A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn about various vehicle models and features is essential.
