Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our foundation repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and networking within the market. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively. * Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers clearly and persuasively. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions to inform product development and marketing strategies. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings and expand your professional network. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in foundation repair/construction. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate yourself and others towards achieving sales goals. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * A proactive approach to warm calling potential clients while maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions. * A valid driver's license is required as travel within the designated territory is essential for this role.
