As a sales consultant here, you're able to take floor, Internet and phone leads. We do not have separate teams for the various leads! What You'll Be Responsible For: * Taking showroom walk in clients and working the deal from start to finish * Working Internet leads from start to finish * Work phone leads * Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle. * Schedule and manage daily appointments through contacts, our CRM database, and equity mining software. * Contribute to your success by setting and exceeding goals for calls, emails, and overall vehicle sales. * Become an expert in utilizing our CRM software to manage leads and develop lasting customer relationships. * Assist clients before, during, and after the sale. What We 're Looking For: * Recent automotive sales experience is required. * Energetic, motivated, and adaptable individuals who are passionate about learning and growing in their careers. * Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure every client leaves satisfied.
