The role of the Patient Intake Specialist and Sales Manager is to uphold the company's core values while acting as the first point of contact for patients to create a warm and professional experience while acting as the sales force lead for the organization. The position will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, collecting and verifying patient information, and educating patients on service offerings and insurance coverages. This position will also function as the Sales Manager by fostering strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to drive referrals. Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning patients, providing a warm and professional experience. Gather and verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation. Schedule appointments and coordinate with physical therapists to ensure an efficient workflow. Educate patients on treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options. Maintain accurate and organized patient records in the clinic's electronic health system. Assist with patient follow-ups and appointment reminders to maximize attendance and engagement. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase patient conversions and retention. Educate potential patients about the benefits of physical therapy services and treatment plans. Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to drive referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute outreach campaigns. Deliver a personalized, luxury retail experience, building lasting relationships with customers. Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and recommendations to drive sales. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through clienteling and proactive outreach. Assist with in-store merchandise Maintain a visually stunning and organized store environment that reflects a luxury aesthetic. Ensure accurate stock management, assisting with inventory replenishment and visual merchandising. Process transactions efficiently and handle returns or exchanges with professionalism. Collaborate with the team to ensure workflows and tasks are complete while providing support where possible. Comply with all bank policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain the highest level of professionalism and team support while exhibiting Core Values. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Competencies: Previous experience in medical front office administration, patient intake, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and referral sources. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and scheduling software is a plus. Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales Passion for health and wellness, particularly physical therapy and rehabilitation. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred Two to three years of experience in the medical field or customer service role required. Physical Requirements: This position operates primarily in an indoor setting. It requires long periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer or other office equipment and frequent periods of walking/standing throughout the day. This position requires frequent communication with others, both speaking and listening. Lifting and carrying of up to 15 pounds may be required as necessary.
