Compensation: $87,300 - $189,200 yearly Responsibilities: * Develop strategies to attract potential clients and generate leads effectively in the Orange Beach, AL area * Participate in training programs aimed at improving knowledge and skills within the real estate industry * Persistently follow up on leads until successful appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent * Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition * Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards achieving company objectives * Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients successfully * Utilize a CRM system to keep customer information accurate and up-to-date for agents * Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients Qualifications: * To succeed in this role, you should have a Real Estate License or be motivated to obtain one * Previous experience in sales is a prerequisite for this position * Effective client interactions require strong communication skills About Company Our mission is to empower real estate agents by providing them with the resources, expert guidance, and innovative technology they need to thrive in a competitive industry.
