Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company goals. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients showcasing our products and services. * Participate in strategic planning sessions to develop long-term growth strategies for the organization. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Skills * Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong understanding of market dynamics. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships. * Strategic thinking capabilities that allow for effective planning and execution of business initiatives. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
