Job Overview We are looking for entrepreneurs looking for a new way to make money as a real estate agent, gaining clients through knocking doors. We are building a network of hundreds of door knockers who will earn 75% commission every sale, selling homes at better prices with equal or larger profit for the homeowners, taking over real estate! As long as you hit an easy minim of doors knocked per week, we don't care when or where you do it, giving you much freedom. Duties * Conduct door-to-door sales visits to promote and sell our products and services. * Utilize strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for potential clients. * Effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers, addressing any questions or concerns. * Negotiate terms of sale with potential customers to close deals. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar software. * Follow up on leads generated through outbound calling efforts and other marketing initiatives. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Qualifications * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Experience with outbound calling and inside sales techniques is highly desirable. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
