What You 'll Do As an Enterprise Account Engineer, you'll be a strategic technical partner dedicated to some of our most important customer relationships. You'll bring depth and discipline to client conversations, helping identify opportunities, guide deployments, and support adoption of Ansys simulation tools. Technical Partnership & Solutioning * Serve as the go-to technical lead for assigned enterprise customers. * Analyze customer workflows, business needs, and infrastructure to recommend well-suited solutions. * Plan and execute technical strategies with the Account Manager to achieve growth and long-term engagement. Customer Enablement & Growth * Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and training activities tailored to the customer's needs. * Guide adoption and deployment of Ansys tools to help customers meet their engineering and business goals. * Track and document technical engagements to ensure consistent follow-through and measurable results. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with internal teams--consulting, support, training, presales--to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Support account-based marketing and technical outreach efforts that drive expansion and product usage. What You 'll Bring Technical Acumen & Focus: You enjoy diving deep into engineering challenges and applying Ansys tools to unlock innovation. Strategic Thinking: You take a structured, thoughtful approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. Clear Communication: You can translate technical concepts into actionable plans and deliver value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Customer-Centered Mindset: You build credibility through trust, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through. Required Experience: * 5+ years of professional experience in engineering, preferably in the aerospace sector. * BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or related engineering field. * Experience using Ansys or similar CAE/CAD/EDA/PLM tools. * Demonstrated understanding of Ansys products, technology and how these tools are used in a particular customer segment(s); ability to understand, represent and effectively communicate all technical activities associated with the account across all physics and product lines. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical initiatives with clarity and accuracy. * Ability to travel (US-based) up to 25% of time. A remote hire will be considered with expectations of regular travel.
