The ideal Account Manager/Sales Rep has proven success on a mostly commission based compensation plan, has experience managing large B2B accounts (transportation and automotive industry strongly preferred), is a customer service superstar, and can't imagine being in any other role than sales! Responsibilities: * Consulting with Dealers and Key accounts on the use of our transportation services * Cultivating leads and explaining Wholesale Express services to potential clients * Developing trusting and lasting relationships with new dealers/customers, and serving as a consultant to show the services and benefits of Wholesale Express * Providing exceptional customer service to all customers/dealers and potential customers/dealers * Becoming a subject matter expert that will analyze client business needs and propose the best solutions for your dealers/accounts * Performing timely follow-up on all inquiries * Staying up-to-date with changes in the industry, such as competition, trucking industry updates, wholesale industry updates, and selling techniques * More duties as assigned Requirements: Requirements: * High School Diploma * Minimum of 3+ years experience in a customer service role * Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a B2B Sales Role managing large accounts * Experience in the transportation and/or automotive industries strongly preferred * Enjoys working with guests via phone and internet * Works well both in a team environment as well as independently * Self Motivated and Driven! * Exceptional interpersonal and customer relation skills * Desire to learn about and keep up to speed on the transportation and automotive industries and competitors * Honest, Loyal, Organized, and Outgoing * Proven ability to build trusting and lasting business relationships * Phone skills * Technology and internet savvy Benefits: What Express/RumbleOn Offers You: A fun work environment with a rapidly growing company where you can plant your feet for a long term career!
