We're seeking a driven, experienced sales professional with a talent for design to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll guide customers through the selection and design process for kitchens, baths, and flooring , combining expert product knowledge with a service-first mindset. What it takes to succeed: * Success in this role hinges on your ability to confidently and accurately perform design-related calculations -- especially square footage, layout measurements, and material estimates. * These tasks aren't just part of the process -- they are the process. * Mistakes eat into your commission and cost future sales, so attention to detail is essential. * You must be math-confident, detail-driven, and ready to own your numbers every step of the way. Bonus: CAD experience is a plus.
