Description: Heidtman Steel Products, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team in Erie, MI. The ISR will play a crucial role in assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Enter customer orders based on schedules and forecasts * Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers * Maintain extensive internal and external customer contact * Release finished goods in accordance with customer needs * Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries * Manage charge backs and related issues * Collaborate effectively as a team player while also being able to work independently * Focus on developing and building strong customer relationships * Cross-train to provide coverage for team members during absences * Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: * Previous inside sales experience within the steel processing industry (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent problem-solving abilities * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in using computer systems and software for order entry and customer management * Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer service Company Information: Heidtman Steel is a leading service center network with over 75 years of excellence in steel processing and customer-focused solutions.
