This position is located on the island of Kauai and is a full-time on-site position. Relocation assistance is available. The Spa Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management of multiple locations on the island of Kauai. This role is responsible for the highest level of guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is both people-oriented and business-minded --someone who thrives by delivering results and executing with excellence in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and inspire a team of service professionals, including therapists, front desk, estheticians, and support staff. * Develop and implement service standards that ensure a 5-star guest experience. * Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and ongoing team development. * Manage spa operations including inventory control, supply ordering, vendor relationships, and facilities oversight. * Monitor and achieve critical financial goals including revenue, profitability, labor costs, and product sales. * Design and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and seasonal spa packages. * Evaluate service offerings regularly and implement new treatments or programs aligned with guest demand and industry trends. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing standards. * Analyze guest feedback and continuously refine the customer experience. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in spa or wellness management in a leadership/director role. * Demonstrable strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, motivate, and inspire a team. * Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences that surprise and delight. * Business acumen, strong familiarity with fundamental spa KPI's, and the ability to interpret financial statements and meet revenue goals. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of spa and wellness industry trends, therapies, and service protocols. * A calm, professional presence with outstanding interpersonal communication.
