Job Overview THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. Must pass a background check. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. You will drive a company vehicle along designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to upsell products and services effectively. Duties * Drive along assigned routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. * Sell products directly to customers, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies. * Upsell additional products based on customer preferences and needs. * Ensure accurate pricing of products during transactions. * Handle heavy lifting of products as required during deliveries. * Maintain an organized inventory within the vehicle, ensuring all products are accounted for. * Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries and sales transactions. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Ability to drive safely and responsibly while adhering to traffic regulations. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing accurately. * Experience with heavy lifting is essential for managing product deliveries. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement is highly valued. * Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus but not required.
