Full description of the position
We are seeking an extraordinary individual to join our team as an Account Executive, supporting one of our highest-performing territories. In addition to the requisite passion, skills, and experience, you will need to demonstrate a consistent track record of professionalism, accountability, time management, and hustle. - Working effectively within assigned territory and named account base to maximize sales potential
- Managing the sales operational elements of the territory, including quoting, order processing, Salesforce.com (CRM) management, etc
- Responsible for accurate forecasting pipeline up to leadership
- Building strong relationships with customers and partners by offering an additional layer of Blackwood support
- Proactively managing and communicating with customers/partners to drive the business forward
- Learning and managing multiple manufacturer technologies, partner programs, and deal registration processes
- Running outreach campaigns to drive new business In each applicable vertical
- Owning new opportunities out of the gate
- Active Management of Renewals in SFDC
- Submission of Meeting/Activity Summaries to RSM
- Completion of mutually agreed upon Monthly MBO What we're looking for from you:
- 6+ months experience working in a sales development role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proven track record as an assertive self-starter who flourishes in a competitive environment
- Hyper detail-oriented mindset with a strength in time management.
- Someone who is not afraid to ask questions
- Ability to handle rejection
- Reputation of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism
