Business Development Manager Base Pay: $78,000 - $85,000/year + uncapped commissions! Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: Monday - Friday Business Hours but regular evening meetings and some weekend hours as needed. This role can expect to work several evenings per week. Why RowCal? Job Summary The Business Development Manager initiates and executes organic growth for the assigned region. The Business Development Manager will network within the Homeowners Association Management industry, and sell Homeowners Association Management Services & Contracts to HOA Boards. This role requires local travel and evening meeting attendance. Role and Responsibilities * Host monthly lunch-and-learns, events, or happy hours to stay top-of-mind with realtors, industry service providers, and title agents. * Attend events like those hosted by the Home Builders Association and community developer focused events to stay connected with those that are building HOA communities. * Coordinate HOA Board Education Workshops - In person and virtual * Responsible for local representation in industry trade organizations * Sponsor Community Events or Neighborhood Block Parties * Attend Chamber of Commerce & local business mixer type of events * Prospecting and lead generation through networking, events, cold outreach * Creating and delivering proposals for future business * Negotiating terms and customizing service offerings * Managing follow-up conversations to hit goals * Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements * Business Development and Sales experience * Real estate, property services, or HOA experience a plus * Reliable transportation * Organized and able to multitask * Flexible schedule for evening or weekend events and sales meetings * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong team player Physical Requirements * Ability to work on a computer and stare at a monitor screen for long periods of time. * Ability to drive to and from a several locations on occasions. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $78,000 to $85,000 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
