Job Overview As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to drive revenue growth within a designated market. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet objectives * Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly Skills * Proven experience in technology sales, business development, and account management * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and technical sales processes * Demonstrated success in driving outside sales initiatives * Ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed decisions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
