Your Role: As a Sales Representative, you will: * Educate and Excite: Share the benefits and unique value of our telecommunication services with potential customers. * Match and Demonstrate: Identify customer needs and match them with the best solutions while showcasing user-friendly interfaces. * Support Activation: Work alongside our Project Manager to assist customers through the activation process to ensure seamless onboarding. * Create Lasting Impressions: Build positive relationships that represent the Cadence brand. Key Responsibilities: Sales Excellence: * Drive sales and meet or exceed established goals. * Act as a self-starter with the initiative to succeed. * Entrepreneurial spirit is a must! Customer Experience: * Deliver exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. * Engage customers effectively, tailoring solutions to their specific needs. * Actively listen and respond to customer needs with integrity and respect. * Sell the right solutions and provide them with the resources to effectively implement them. Training and Development: * Go through our Training Program to become equipped to sell and support the variety of products we offer. Including but not limited to: VoIP, Teams, Call Center Solutions and Internet Service. * Engage in hands-on, side-by-side selling to build expertise. * Work with House Accounts to gain familiarity with our products and services. What You Bring: * Experience: 1-2 years in telecom sales or customer-focused roles like marketing, event promotion, or outside sales. * Communication: Superior interpersonal and communication skills that inspire trust and excitement. * Be driven by success and ready to pursue every sales opportunity with determination. * Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. * Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to understanding and solving customer challenges. * Integrity: Demonstrate professionalism and foster positive relationships with customers, peers, and management.
