Polsinello Lubricants is looking for a motivated, career minded individual to fill an Outside Sales Professional position in the Rochester, NY area. Polsinello Lubricants is the premier motor oil and lubricant provider in the Northeast. Polsinello's unique offering of multiple brands from several facilities, all while being family owned and operated makes it stand out amongst the competition. Our customers are confident, knowing they have a company big enough to meet all their needs but local enough to sincerely care about each customer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Meet and/or exceed sales and profit objectives * Meet with current and prospective customers by phone and in person. * Develop and maintain customer relationships. * Represent and promote Polsinello Fuels in a professional, dignified, and ethical manner. * Provide accurate pricing, delivery, and product information to customers * Work with all company personnel in a spirit of cooperation and customer satisfaction The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and abilities: * Outside Sales experience - 2 years required * Prior Lubricants Sales experience strongly preferred * Flexible, Self-Starter with ability to work independently * Goal orientated and customer satisfaction focused * Friendly and positive attitude The compensation for this position consists of base pay (draw) and commissions.
