Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively managing customer relationships and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, territory sales, and technology sales, along with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for upselling. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, effectively communicating the value proposition. * Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms. * Manage assigned territory sales by identifying potential customers and creating tailored sales strategies. * Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales plans and strategies. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Experience * Proven experience in customer service or territory sales is preferred. * Familiarity with technology sales is a plus. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Demonstrated ability in upselling products or services effectively. * Experience in conducting product demos and presentations to clients. * Previous involvement in lead generation activities is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
