LeafGuard Sales Representatives: * run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door to door knocking. * self-generate leads for extra commission. * High Earning Potential (commission only): Pay range $80k-$120k a year on average. * Paid Training: (2 weeks) We have a state-of-the-art sales training program where you graduate with a new skill set. * Pay Frequency: Weekly pay through direct deposit. * Benefits package : Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Company Swag, Paid Maternity leave, Parent bonding leave for eligible roles and 401k! * Career Advancement: We pride ourselves on being a company that always promotes from within.
