Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Seasonal bonuses * Performance based bonuses Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: * One location Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting motorcycle parts and accessories, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of products. * Operate the POS system for sales transactions and cash handling. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Utilize effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and provide product knowledge.
