We are currently seeking a Verizon Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of driving success for Verizon's 5G Home division. Position Overview: The Verizon Sales Associate will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of Verizon's products and services. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their telecommunications needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with Verizon's offerings. This position requires a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities: * Present and promote Verizon's 5G products and services to new and existing customers with a focus on product quality and reliability * Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations on Verizon's 5G plans and devices * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and increase customer retention * Achieve sales targets by actively engaging in cross-selling and upselling opportunities * Stay updated on Verizon's product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape * Assist customers with troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate as needed to appropriate parties * Handle all sales-related documentation, including contracts and service agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail, preferably in the telecommunications industry * Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * High level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset * Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
