Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed information about various insurance policies. * Payments and policy changes. * Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions. * Stay informed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills * Must have a TN property & casualty license. * Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for maintaining client confidentiality.
