This is a unique opportunity for joining one of the fastest growing Background Screening Organizations in the area. We are looking for a high potential to reach our next level of growth. In this role you will be responsible for selling Background Screening services and Verifications of Employment & Income services. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: * A strategic approach to sales and business development * Initiate and execute sales calls * Identify prospect issues and provide solutions * Track and update prospect progress in our CRM * Develop effective relationships with centers of influence to supplement lead sources * You will have strong support from company leadership to aid your success Skills and Experience: * 5 Years sales experience (Background Screening, Payroll and/or Employee Benefits) * Must have relationships with contacts in the HR and Finance space * Consultative/Solution selling skills * Excellent prospecting and new business development skills * Solid PC capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chagrin Falls, OH 44022
