This is a "door-to-door" and networking-based B2B sales role--you'll be out in the field, meeting business owners face-to-face and educating them on how our solutions can increase their efficiency and profitability. What We 're Looking For: * Experience: At least 2 year of sales experience (B2B sales or technology solutions experience preferred but not required). * Mindset: A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic. * Skills: Ability to learn quickly, strong negotiation and closing skills, and a natural talent for building relationships. * Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with business owners effectively. * Resilience & Hustle: Willingness to put in the work--this role rewards effort, ambition, and persistence. * Technology: Comfort with CRM software and sales tools to track leads and manage your pipeline. * Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Compensation & Employment Options We offer both W2 and 1099 positions , allowing you to choose the structure that best fits your goals: W2 (Employee) Position: * Base Salary: $35,000 * Commission & Bonuses: Uncapped earning potential with lucrative bonuses on top of your base pay. * Residual Income: Continue earning from deals closed, creating long-term financial growth. * Benefits: Health insurance, vision insurance, and other employee perks. * Training & Support: Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and team support to ensure success. 1099 (Independent Contractor) Position: * Higher Commission Rates & Bonus Splits: Earn more per sale compared to W2 employees. * Upfront Bonuses: Get paid quickly on closed deals without waiting for residuals to accumulate. * Residual Income: Ongoing commissions for long-term financial growth. * Flexible Schedule: Set your own hours and work at your own pace.
