We are a dedicated group of 12, and we're looking for enthusiastic sales associates to help us grow! Responsibilities *Greet and assist customers with a warm welcome. *Escort customers to our products and provide detailed information. *Ask open-ended questions to identify customer needs. *Enroll customers in our rewards and email programs. *Process payments accurately and efficiently. *Resolve customer issues using sound judgment. *Maintain scheduling commitments and assist with merchandising and restocking. *Keep the sales floor and connecting areas clean and organized. *Follow company policies and best practices. Qualifications *Friendly and outgoing personality. *Team player with strong communication skills. *Able to problem-solve effectively. *Self-starter who is adaptable. *Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends. *Must be 18 years or older. *Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. *Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
