Job Summary The role involves driving commercial success and providing technical expertise in the Equine and Companion Animal sector. It requires a balance of sales acumen and scientific knowledge to support customers with tailored solutions in animal nutrition. The successful candidate will engage with key stakeholders such as distributors, nutritionists, veterinarians, and retailers delivering both technical and commercial insights. Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. * Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring correct application of TNV Animal Health products. * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities. * Conduct product training, presentations, and technical workshops. * Align product offerings with market demands. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. * Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows. * Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to senior management. Skills * Proven experience in technical sales or a related field. * Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and methodologies. * Proficiency in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and virtualization technologies like VMWare. * Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. * Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
