Retail Sales Associate - Alchemy Health and Wellness (Lynnwood, WA) Location: Alderwood Mall Hours: 30 -40 per week | Must be 21+ | Weekend availability required Are you high-energy, intuitive, and love helping people find the magic in wellness? Alchemy Health and Wellness is looking for a vibrant Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We're a health-forward, crystal-loving, witchy wonderland tucked inside Alderwood Mall, and we need someone who can bring both heart and hustle to the floor. What You'll Be Doing: * Engaging customers with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented approach * Helping shoppers find products that support their health, energy, and spiritual goals * Hitting sales targets while genuinely connecting with people * Maintaining a beautiful, organized, and intentional retail space What We're Looking For: * 21 years or older (required) * 30-40 hours/week with 10-hour shifts (flexible days) * Weekend availability is a must * High-energy with a natural sales instinct * Excellent listening and communication skills * Passion for wellness, spirituality, or metaphysical tools like crystals, herbs, and more (experience is a plus but we'll teach the right person!)
