This is not a $199 power washing service. We deliver high-value, premium home exterior cleaning services. We make homes beautiful again. We deliver our Signature Superior Service Experience everyday so you can be sure that your clients are receiving what you can sell. Our marketing department produces the leads. We feed the lions. Close your leads and you get more. The vast amount of opportunity that we produce puts you in front of qualified buyers in the upper echelon of earners--the nicest homes in our market. Work the referrals and repeat business and you are over the top. We provide paid sales training. Our proven marketing machine produces leads, lots of them. We schedule at-home consultations for you daily-typically 3 - 5 per day, up to 6 or 7 for top performers. We bring the professionalism to an unprofessional trade. Our company is really simple--we arrange the appointments, you present the value proposition to our clients and prospective clients and close sales. Neccesary tools provided, like a professional presentation on Ipad using Home Services pricing tool. Estimates and closed work orders are submitted to the office electronically to minimize your need to be in the office. Appointments are set from 9 AM - 6 PM Monday thru Thursday, 9 AM - 3 PM Friday, and Saturday 9 AM - 12 noon. Saturdays are flexible after the busy Spring season. We work all 12 months of the year, producing opportunities for you to earn. Our top performers earn over $100,000 with some achieving $200,000 annually. Car allowance, fuel card, uniform shirts provided. Monthly sales incentives add to your earning potential. Achieve great numbers and a company car is provided as well. Company favorite events are our annual Chesapeake Bay fishing trip in July and crab feast in the Fall . Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their home exterior cleaning needs. * Conduct estimate appointment presentations and follow up on opportunities to generate new business. * Present and demonstrate cleaning services to potential customers, highlighting benefits and value. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. * Collaborate with the management team to strategize on business development initiatives. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
