The Colwell Law Group, LLC is growing! We're a leading family law firm with approximately 20 attorneys and a powerhouse support team across multiple locations. We're looking for a people-first Client Relations Manager (CRM) who can help prospective new clients (PNCs) take the first confident step toward a better future--with us by their side. During this conversation, you'll listen carefully, provide tailored service options, and guide them to retain our firm for legal services. Once they retain, you'll lead them through the onboarding process and schedule their strategy meeting with one of our skilled attorneys. * Conduct consultations with PNCs after they've been vetted and scheduled by the intake team * Understand their goals, concerns, and legal needs through thoughtful, empathetic conversation * Clearly explain how our firm can help and present service options based on their needs * Guide the PNC to retain our services by building trust and demonstrating value * After retention, walk the client through the onboarding process and schedule their strategy meeting with an attorney * Collaborate with the team and legal staff to ensure a seamless transition into active client status * Track conversion metrics, maintain detailed records, and continuously improve client experience What Makes This Role Unique Family law is personal.
