Position Overview: Now Hiring! Inside Sales Representative Compensation: $20 to $22 an hour plus uncapped commissions Job Summary: Apex Roofing is seeking an energetic and friendly Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, youll play an instrumental part in growing our business by assisting with setting appointments, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process. We provide 100% remote structure. * Base pay plus uncapped commissions * Health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid gym membership What Youll Do: * Respond to sales inquiries from potential customers and assist in determining if they are a good fit for our services based on their needs. * Contact leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. * Schedule appointments with potential clients for the field sales team. * Log and track leads, sales activities, and customer details in the CRM system to monitor progress to ensure timely follow-through. * Address concerns and offer product solutions to close sales. What Youll Need: * One (1) year of experience working in an inside sales or phone sales role. * Experience working remotely is highly preferred. * Access to a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection. * Excellent communication skills, plus strong interpersonal abilities, with an ease to connect with clients.
