Job Summary We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Representatives experienced in wireless regulatory and compliance in the testing industry to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through strategic planning and effective sales techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and rich knowledge in the subject matter of regulation and compliance. Duties * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities * Identify needs of, create plans and prospect for new accounts and for upselling and cross-selling services to new accounts * Conduct in-person sales visits when needed and follow up through phone calls, emails and other means of communication * Provide utmost pre-sale and post-sale services to customers * Prepare and follow up on sales documents including but not limited to proposals, quotes and invoices * Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure new business * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to customers, project managers, engineering managers, finance and administration departments for streamlined workflow and achievement of overall company goals * Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand professional connections * Compile reports as required by the management such as sales forecast, and sales reports etc * Perform other duties as assigned including backing up of other territory sales team members during times of sickness or PTO to allow continuous customer support Experience * Bachelor's degree in business or sales in the compliance and certification fields * +5 years of relevant professional experience with proven results * Solid knowledge in testing services, processes, market dynamics and customer relationship management principles * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Effective verbal and written communication * Proficiency in computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite * Strategic mindset, attention to details, solid organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task If you are passionate about driving growth and have a knack for building lasting relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Business Development Representative.
