Call Center Manager - Spearhead a motivated team of sales-driven call center representatives! Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm No weekends Daily Tasks: * Lead and coach a team of 8-10 call center reps focused on appointment setting, confirmations, and both inbound/outbound calls * Conduct daily team huddles and bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions * Collaborate with upper management to hit growth and performance targets * Foster a positive, high-energy, sales-driven team culture * Streamline processes to improve speed-to-lead and overall efficiency * Become an expert in our call scripts and ensure consistent use * Monitor and report team KPIs and metrics daily Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year (Base salary is negotiable and there will be opportunities to gain supplemental commission. This will be further explained during the interview process.)
