As a company, we invest in our employees. * Work-Life Balance- We take pride in our employees having a well work-life balance. * Our People- Here you will work side by side with very knowledgeable people in the industry and build relationships that last. * ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Proactively confirm all opportunities/appointments 48 hours in advance by calling, texting and emailing. * Verify that all appointments are valid and sellable opportunities for the representatives. * Coordinate and confirm customers are in contact with appropriate representatives or department. * Assist with scheduling appointments from other outside departments/sources. * Manage representatives' calendars to help avoid reps being double booked. * Monitor and analyze SalesForce reports for different campaigns so that we can track opportunities. * Scheduling of appointments from all incoming sources (referrals, showroom walk-ins, call-ins) * A warm and personable approach with customers and colleagues. * Required Experience / Qualifications: * Proficiency in navigating computer software and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus). * Highly self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Bachelor's degree in business/communications or related field. * Desired Qualifications: * Empathetic and customer-focused mindset. * Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and accountability. * A confident decision-maker who can work independently and adapt quickly based on available information and experience. * Benefits * Competitive Compensation + Auto Allowance * 401k/ 401K Matching- 50% up to 6% after 1 year of employment * Profit Sharing * Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)- First of the month after 30 days of employment * 9 Paid Holidays-2 days at Thanksgiving and 2 days at Christmas * 3 weeks PTO * Paid Life Insurance * Location:* This position is an in-office position, located in our beautiful new building conveniently located in Hight Point, NC just off the airport exit from I-40. * Compensation:* $19.00 -$20.00 / hr depending on experience. * Ready to bring your organizational skills and energy to a role where your contributions truly make an impact?
