THE SPECIFICS About the Position & What You Do * In home sales with homeowners who are interested in getting their home painted. This is a consultative based sales process (not high pressure). * The majority of leads are generated by the company and the majority of appointments are set by our office managers. * Some of your time will be spent generating business from affiliated businesses like real estate agents, property managers, interior designers, roofing companies and more. * Most of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up * The rest of your time is spent on team building, meetings, company training events, and administrative tasks to ensure customers have a great experience after they sign up with our company. * All training is provided and is a never ending focus - this is how we support you in advancing in your career and performing at a high level in your current role. Compensation & Benefits * Training Salary: around $60,000 (drops after training) * Base Salary: around $45,000 (once commissions/bonuses are being hit) * Commissions: * Revenue Commissions Paid Every 4 Weeks Based on Sales * Sales Rate Commissions Paid Quarterly * Sales Rate/Total Revenue Bonuses Paid Yearly * Income Expectations: * Average Sales Reps Earn $85k+ Per Year * Top Performers Earn $125k+ Per Year * Benefits: * Health Insurance Provided * Retirement Benefits Provided * Gas & Phone Stipends Provided * Leadership Promotions and Opportunities Available for Top Performers * Training & Development: We offer scholarships for pre-approved training & development programs and opportunities.
