Duties and Responsibilities: * Strong sales skills with a focus consultative selling approach * Assist customers in selecting the best exterior home services. * Maintain a positive attitude and customer-first approach. * Be knowledge of products and services offered, as well as the industry. * Overcoming objections through value building in our product and brand * Handle inbound and outbound calls from interested consumers. * Participate in regular training and coaching sessions. * Demonstrate active listening skills to present additional opportunities. * Ability to build rapport, create value-based presentations, and address concerns. * Build and manage a sustainable pipeline. * Maintain customer satisfaction scores through rapport building and relationships. * Convert inquiries to sales through established sales techniques. * Perform other duties as assigned.
