Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated route, delivering products, servicing equipment and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities * Manage inventory levels on your route, ensuring that products are stocked appropriately. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs. * Utilize organizational skills to manage daily schedules, deliveries, and customer accounts efficiently. * Perform heavy lifting as needed to load and unload products from the vehicle. * Sell additional products and services to customers based on their needs. Skills * Strong ability to drive safely and efficiently. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks throughout the day. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory counts. * Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
