As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Agency Producer to join the agency Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual with prior insurance experience to help grow our book of business. The ideal candidate is licensed, has a strong sales background, and is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. Responsibilities: * Sell personal lines and/or commercial insurance products to new and existing clients * Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options * Develop and maintain client relationships through follow-up and consistent communication * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts * Maintain knowledge of Farmers Insurance products and underwriting guidelines * Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Qualifications: * Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) * Prior insurance sales experience (minimum 1 year preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed * Strong organizational and time management skills Compensation: * Base Salary (commensurate with experience) * Uncapped Commission structure - the more you sell, the more you earn * Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Benefits: * Ongoing training and professional development * Opportunity for career advancement within the Farmers' network * Supportive and team-oriented office environment How to Apply: If you're ready to take the next step in your insurance career and join a this boutique agency, we'd love to hear from you!
