In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs through effective questioning. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. * Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives. * Negotiate sales agreements and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
