Job description Termite / Pest Control Company is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Supervisor to help guide and strengthen our Bay Branch sales team under the direction of the Sales Manager. Uncapped commission and pre-qualified sales leads provided. JOB SUMMARY * Run sales appointments that have been scheduled through the office * Perform thorough inspections of customer's homes * Prepare proposals and presentations based on inspection to obtain sales * Educate customers on the cost of services needed based on inspection * Reach sales targets * Support the Sales Manager by assisting with day-to-day coaching and field support for the sales team (Inspectors) * Help facilitate sales meetings and training sessions in coordination with the Sales Manager QUALIFICATIONS * High integrity,and strong work ethic * Excellent customer service and strong communication skills * Self-motivated and driven to succeed * Must have a track record of successfully generating business * Tenacious and willing to go above and beyond to secure leads and close sales * Focus on customer satisfaction REQUIREMENTS * Must possess Branch II and Branch III license * Valid driver's license and safe driving history * Must be willing to routinely lift, push and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work from heights BENEFITS * Health benefits, paid vacation and holidays * Bonuses based on job performance * Company vehicle, gas card and phone * Ongoing training to grow your career with us If this career sounds like a fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
