As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to help us attract top talent and elevate our employer brand across digital platforms. Role Overview This role blends talent acquisition with social media-driven employer branding. You will be the face of our hiring efforts - sourcing exceptional candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience, and crafting engaging content that tells our story to the outside world. You will also support a seamless recruitment process by training interviewers and ensuring a smooth orientation for new hires. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition * Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates across a variety of roles using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods. * Conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit and alignment with company values and role requirements. * Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to final offer. * Partner with hiring teams to understand needs, improve processes, and coach interviewers on best practices and structured interviewing. Employer Branding * Own the employer branding strategy across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - creating compelling content to showcase company culture, employee stories, events, and milestones. * Monitor and respond to activity on job review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed) and help maintain a strong and consistent employer reputation online. * Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align messaging and branding. Recruiting Enablement & Trends * Train and coach interviewers on equitable and effective hiring practices. * Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends, tools, and technologies; recommend and implement improvements as needed. Onboarding Support * Coordinate and participate in orientation sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and aligned with our mission and values from day one. What You Bring * 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments. * Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates. * Strong social media skills and a knack for storytelling and content creation. * Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. * Passion for people, culture, and delivering a high-touch candidate experience. * Familiarity with ATS systems and HR tech tools.
