In this role, you will oversee agency operations, drive sales initiatives, and lead a team of insurance professionals to achieve our business goals. Responsibilities * Lead and manage daily operations of the insurance agency. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. * Train, mentor, and support agency staff in achieving their sales targets. * Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion. * Negotiate contracts with clients and insurance providers to secure favorable terms. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales management. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans accordingly. * Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance. License in Health Insurance helpful.
