The right candidate would be motivated by their financial well-being as well as aspiration to be number 1. * The ideal candidate will possess: * Sales Experience * A positive, enthusiastic attitude * A desire to learn and advance their skills * Organizational and time management skills * A passion for working with people * Duties: Salespeople are responsible for but not limited to: * Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to clients. * Assist clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Facilitate customer test drives. * Build strong rapport with clients. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis. * Respond to and or resolve customer issues related to orders and products. * Maintain professional growth and development by keeping abreast of product knowledge. * Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. * Utilize all technologies available and required by employer to provide an exceptional customer experience.
