Warehouse & Delivery Associate (Career Advancement Opportunities) Location: Loveland, CO Reports To: Profit Center Manager CED is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Delivery Associate. This person will handle electrical material in every stage of our distribution process, from receiving to inventory management to delivery. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop professionally and advance into a sales role or other leadership positions within the company. Key Responsibilities: * Safely deliver electrical material to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Load and unload material, ensuring proper handling and storage. * Organize, sort, and manage inventory within the warehouse, maintaining accurate records. * Use computer systems to track sales orders and update inventory. * Assist customers at will-call or walk-in locations, providing professional service. * Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in compliance with safety standards. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Desired Skills and Qualifications: * Required: High School diploma or GED * Required: Valid Class C driver's license * Preferred: 3-4 years of experience in material handling and/or customer service * Preferred: 2+ years of experience in the electrical supply industry * Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Key Competencies: * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Technical proficiency with warehouse management systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers Working Conditions: * This position operates primarily within a warehouse setting, with occasional outdoor exposure during deliveries. * Standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers) and warehouse tools (hand trucks, forklifts, box cutters) will be used regularly.
